These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Standard Trust Bank Ltd's ("Standard Trust", "we", "us", or "our") services, including our website, mobile applications, and banking services. By opening an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Opening an account requires submission of identification documents and completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. We may request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Account approval is at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Fees for our services are disclosed in your account dashboard and on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after fee changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new fee structure.
International transfers are processed via the SWIFT or SEPA networks. Exchange rates are displayed at the time of transaction and are locked once confirmed. Standard Trust charges a transparent margin on currency exchange, which is displayed before you confirm any transaction.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must:

You may not use Standard Trust services for:
We may freeze or close accounts suspected of prohibited activity and report to relevant authorities as required by law.
Standard Trust's liability is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account via the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account with notice for breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or risk concerns.
Disputes shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service (UK) or relevant regulatory body. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
